Alevì is committed to ensuring the highest standards of service and customer care.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, Customers may withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product.

1. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers may use the dedicated online withdrawal function available on the Website or send an explicit withdrawal request to:

The request must include at least the following information:

  • Order number;
  • Product(s) to be returned;
  • Customer’s full name;
  • Email address used for the purchase.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, Alevì will promptly send an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example, by email) and provide instructions for returning the Product(s).

Customers must return the Product(s) within fourteen (14) days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned Products must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, dust bags, tags and protective elements
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days from the withdrawal notice.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are borne by Alevì provided the return is made using the designated courier service.

If the Customer chooses a different courier, return shipping costs and associated risks shall be borne by the Customer.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days from receipt and verification of the returned Product(s).

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
