Alevì is committed to ensuring the highest standards of service and customer care.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, Customers may withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product.

1. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, the Customer must send a written notice to:

online@alevimilano.com

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) concerned
  • Full name and contact details

Upon receipt, Alevì will provide return instructions and designate the courier service to be used.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned Products must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, dust bags, tags and protective elements
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days from the withdrawal notice.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are borne by Alevì provided the return is made using the designated courier service.

If the Customer chooses a different courier, return shipping costs and associated risks shall be borne by the Customer.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days from receipt and verification of the returned Product(s).

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
